Created in-house by a small team I led on an ambitious timeline, the film introduced a bold new vision for how people work with AI. It became a centerpiece of a highly successful launch campaign and one of the most recognized pieces of the Copilot story.

Fluent Flex reimagines motion for an AI-first design system. We simplified and evolved the motion language to support the dynamic, adaptive nature of agentic experiences—creating a more flexible system that guides attention, communicates change, and scales from expressive AI moments to everyday product interactions. Built with implementation at its core, the system makes sophisticated motion easier to design, build, and scale.
